PREPARING ARTWORK FOR CLASS LIST SHIRTS Submitting names for a typed Class List

Use Ariel Bold or Helvetica Bold type, all UPPER case
lettering that is thick and thin does not
reproduce well. EXAMPLE JOHN SMITH ALEX
JONES 2-
Single space all names 3-
Double check the spelling of all names 4-
Double check to make sure you have not forgotten a
childs name. 5-
The names should be printed in columns the way you wish
to have them reproduced on a shirt. You
can put one column per page. We will format the
column. 6-
The list cannot have smudges or corrections. 7-
Names should be provided on disk, using Microsoft Word or
a pdf file. 8-
There should also be a printed out copy of the disk on
paper. Do not fold the paper. Submitting a Signature List for a
Graduation Shirt

This type of graduation shirt will only fit about 70-80
names per side. 2- Get a list of all students, 2 sheets of white paper, and a MEDIUM POINT BLACK Sharpie marker. EXAMPLE

Turn the paper horizontally so that the height is 8 ½
and the width is 11 4-
The students can sign anywhere on the paper 5-
Have the first child sign the first sheet of paper. If
the signature is OK have the child sign the second sheet.
Cross out their name on your master list. 6-
You will have 2 sheets at the end. If a child ruins the
first copy you wont have to start over.

This paper should not
be folded. 8-
Kenmar will set type above and below with the name of the
school and class of 2008 |
