FROM CT, AND NORTH

 

I -95 SOUTH,

Exit at  Hutchinson River Parkway South towards Whitestone Bridge.  When you pass a large hospital complex on the right, Exit at Westchester Avenue Exit 2.

Turn left on to Waters Place,1st right onto Westchester Ave., Turn right onto Blondell Ave, 5 blocks on left,

1415 Blondell Avenue

 

 

ALTERNATE:

 

Merritt / Hutchinson River Parkway South.  Merritt becomes Hutchinson River Parkway.

In the Bronx, when you pass a large hospital complex on the right,

Exit at Westchester Avenue  Exit 2, Turn left on to Waters Place, 1st right on to Westchester Ave

Turn right onto Blondell Ave, 1415 Blondell Avenue

 

FROM WESTCHESTER

 

Bronx River Parkway South to Cross County Parkway E

Merge on to Hutchinson Parkway S via Exit 9 towards Whitestone Bridge

Exit 2 towards Westchester Ave/ E Tremont Ave, Turn left on to Waters Pl, 1st right on to Westchester Ave

Turn right onto Blondell Ave, 1415 Blondell.

 

FROM ROCKLAND COUNTY AND NORTH

 

Tappan Zee Bridge to Rt. 287 New England (second exit).  Follow to Sprain Parkway to Bronx River Parkway To Cross  County Parkway.  See instructions above from “Westchester”.

 

FROM NEW JERSEY

 

George Washington Bridge to Cross Bronx Expressway, EXIT 5B  Castle Hill Avenue, Left onto Castle Hill Avenue, Right onto Westchester Avenue, Left on to Blondell Avenue, 1415 Blondell Avenue.

 

FROM NYC

 

 

FROM THE WEST SIDE

 

West Side Highway to exit marked George Washington Bridge, Throggs Neck Bridge or Cross Bronx Expressway.  Stay in the center lane and go towards the Cross Bronx Expressway. 

EXIT 5B at Castle Hill Avenue, Left onto Castle Hill Avenue, Right onto Westchester Avenue,

Left on to Blondell Avenue, 1415 Blondell Avenue.

 

FROM THE EAST SIDE

 

FDR Drive to Willis Avenue Bridge.  Bear right coming off the bridge to the light.  Make a right onto Bruckner Blvd.  Follow Bruckner into an underpass.  Take the first exit under the underpass and go up the ramp to the Bruckner Expressway above you.  Bear left on the Bruckner Exp when it divides. 

EXIT  at Castle Hill Avenue, Left onto Castle Hill Avenue, Right onto Westchester Avenue, Left on to Blondell Avenue, 1415 Blondell Avenue.

 

 

ALTERNATE FROM THE EAST SIDE

 

FDR over the RFK/Triboro Bridge to the Bronx.  Bear right and this will take you onto the Bruckner Expressway.  Follow Bruckner Expressway, EXIT 5B at Castle Hill Avenue, Left onto Castle Hill Avenue

Right onto Westchester Avenue, Left on to Blondell Avenue, 1415 Blondell Avenue.

 

 

From Long Island

 

Clearview Expressway or Cross Island Parkway over the Throggs Neck or Whitestone Bridge.  Follow sign to George Washington Bridge New Jersey, Exit 1st exit Westchester Avenue, Right onto Westchester Avenue, Left on to Blondell Avenue, 1415 Blondell Avenue.

 

 

TRAIN and BUS TRANSPORTATION

 

FROM NYC:

TRAIN

#6 Parkchester line, (LEXINGTON AVE LINE) to Westchester Square, BRONX.  Down the stairs,

Walk 1 block towards Westchester Square & Williamsbridge RD

Make a left and walk 4 blocks to Halperin ( Chase Bank on the corner)

Make a right onto Halperin, Walk  1 block to #1415 Blondell Avenue

Bus runs on Westchester Avenue

Get off on Westchester Avenue and Williamsbridge Road, Make a right onto Williamsbridge Road,

Walk past Walgreens 4 blocks, Make a right on Halperin (opposite Chase Bank), Walk 1 block to
